🎯 Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer (Head of Product Experience) to:
- Own the product roadmap
- Align the development team
- Deliver exceptional user experiences across our portal, care programs & growth funnels
This role is product-first and UX-driven:
- You’ll collaborate with our CPO to set a clear, actionable roadmap
- Align the dev team to execute with speed & quality
- Ensure our digital experiences are intuitive, consistent & impactful
👉 No traditional design workflows – you’ll build directly in Lovable or vibe-code, iterating live in production.
This role is for a builder at heart – someone who:
- Loves creating products users love and use
- Thrives on tracking KPIs to improve the business
- Doesn’t care about titles – you live to build, not to tag
🧠 What You’ll Own
1) Product Roadmap & Execution
- Collaborate with the CPO to define & prioritize a clear, actionable roadmap
- Ensure feasibility against capacity & tech constraints
- Lead the dev team to execute, unblock, and deliver on time
- Balance short-term wins (growth experiments) with long-term scalability
2) UX & Product Experience
- Own the end-to-end UX for key flows (booking, onboarding, care programs)
- Build directly in Lovable / vibe-code, skipping Figma-heavy cycles
- Iterate live in production, refining based on real-world feedback
- Ensure consistency & usability across all touchpoints
3) Team Leadership
- Act as Product Owner for the product team (Technical leadership lies with our senior dev Paul)
- Align engineering, marketing & ops
- Run our lightweight processes (standups, retros) to keep speed high
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed & quality
4) Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define & track key product metrics (CVR, retention, NPS)
- Run A/B tests & experiments to optimize flows
- Use analytics + feedback to prioritize improvements
👀 You Might Be
- A Product Owner / UX Engineer / PM from a startup or scaleup or a technically minded founder
- A builder who shipped high-conversion funnels & intuitive UIs
- Comfortable leading a dev team & collaborating cross-functionally
- Strong in lean, iterative development – you build & test live
- Obsessed with craft + outcomes → UX + measurable business impact
- A healthcare enthusiast who loves improving people’s lives.
✨ Nice to have experience: Accessibility, A/B testing at scale, basic back-end literacy
